Scope

This part of GB/T 19290 specifies the installation flange dimensions of metric plug-in boxes or cabinets that can be installed in 19-inch cabinets or racks. The additional dimensions of the plug-in boxes or cabinets comply with IEC 60917 (all parts), and the additional dimensions of 19-inch cabinets or racks comply with IEC 60297 (all parts). EMC, seismic, climatic, and environmental requirements and tests are specified in IEC 61587 (all parts). The diagrams used in this part are not intended to guide product design, and only the dimensions specified in those standards should be used. The terms used comply with IEC 60917-1.
