This document stipulates the requirements for well abandonment procedures and data management in marine oil and gas exploration and development operations. This document is applicable to oil and gas exploration and development operations conducted in the internal waters, territorial seas, contiguous zones, exclusive economic zones, and continental shelves of the People's Republic of China, as well as other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. It can also be used as a reference for operations in foreign waters.
