This document specifies the overall requirements for the construction of access control video systems for mobile sources of air pollution prevention and control in key vehicle-using units, including the setting of entrances and exits, gate installations, and hardware requirements for the enterprise-side access control video systems, as well as the functional requirements for both the enterprise-side and management-side systems.
