Scope

This verification system table is applicable to radio frequency (RF) lumped parameter impedance measuring instruments (i.e., instruments and measuring tools used to detect the electromagnetic characteristics of R, L, C components and materials in the frequency range of 20 kHz to 1 GHz), and specifies the traceability path of the RF (commonly known as high-frequency) lumped parameter impedance quantity, the transfer procedure, and the verification method of the measuring instruments.
