Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, yield indicators, pre-sowing preparation, cultivation techniques, and harvesting in the enhanced production of quinoa during the Quinoa Festival. This document is applicable to areas with an annual average temperature of above 0.5°C in the Qaidam Basin. Main technical content: From mid-April to early May. Use biodegradable mulch film with a width of 1.20 m to 1.40 m, and sow using a precision seeding and mulching machine with a sowing depth of 1.50 cm to 2.00 cm. The sowing rate is 0.003 t/hm2 to 0.004 t/hm2 (0.20 kg/666.70 m2 to 0.25 kg/666.70 m2), with a row spacing of 40.00 cm and a hole spacing of 25.00 cm.
