Main Technical Content: Guidelines for the Management of Carbon Sink National Reserve Forests 1 Scope This document specifies the principles, design, and technical and management requirements for the operation of carbon sink national reserve forests. It applies to activities such as the intensive cultivation of artificial forests, the renovation of existing forests, and the nurturing of young and middle-aged forests in carbon sink national reserve forests. 2 Normative Reference Documents The content of the following documents is an integral part of this document through normative reference.
