Scope

Main technical content: This standard applies to the management of project data for new construction, renovation, and expansion of parks, protective green spaces, ancillary green spaces, residential area green spaces, and other green space projects in Henan Province, whether as standalone projects or as components of unit (sub-unit) works. It covers the formation and classification of project data, data during the project preparation phase, data during the project implementation phase, data during the project completion phase, and compilation and filing. It addresses the coordination issue of project data across multiple disciplines, including landscape greening, architectural engineering (including architecture, structure, decoration, electrical, water supply and drainage, etc.), ancient building restoration, roads, and bridges, in large-scale park and other landscape greening projects. Unlike similar regulations in other provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, this regulation adopts a three-phase chronological structure (preparation, implementation, and completion) in its chapter division. Within core chapters, project data are classified according to the functional responsibilities of project management organizations, with the relationships between different types of data explained through flowcharts. The main chapter structure of this standard organizes the project construction process into three phases: project preparation, project implementation, and project completion, and defines the landmark events of each phase.
