Main technical content: 4.1 The production environment shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 391; organic products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 19630. 4.2 Input materials shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 393 and NY/T 394; organic products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 19630. 4.3 Raw materials shall be selected from pests-free, mold-free, glossy, and oil-rich peels, and shall comply with the provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763. Processing water shall comply with the provisions of GB 5749. 4.4 No food additives, chemical substances, pigments, or other substances shall be added during production and processing. 4.5 Sensory requirements: - Chengtou red peel shall be peeled into 3–4 segments, with the bases connected and the segments curled outward at the tips and inward at the edges. It shall have a thickness of 2–4 mm, an orange-red outer surface, a larger base with more oil glands, and a whitish inner surface. It shall be crispy and hard with a strong aroma and a bitter taste. - Red oranges shall be peeled into several segments, with the bases connected and forming irregular slices. It shall have a thickness of 1–3 mm, an orange-red outer surface, and a pale yellow inner surface. It shall have a strong aroma and a bitter taste. 4.6 Grading shall be divided into superior, first-grade, and second-grade based on sensory evaluation, and the grading requirements shall comply with Table 1. 4.7 Physical and chemical indicators shall comply with Table 2. 4.8 Safety indicators: 4.8.1 Medicinal citrus peel: - Heavy metals and harmful elements shall comply with the consistency limit values for heavy metals and harmful elements in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 Edition), Part IV. - The content of aflatoxin B1 in 1000 g of medicinal citrus peel shall not exceed 5 μg, and the total content of aflatoxin G2, aflatoxin G1, aflatoxin B2, and aflatoxin B1 shall not exceed 10 μg. - Pesticide residues s
