Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the various elements in the introduction of bank wealth management products provided by commercial banks and commercial bank wealth management companies to investors, as well as the requirements for the use, formulation, and display of the introduction of bank wealth management products. It also provides a template for the introduction of bank wealth management products. This document applies to bank wealth management products issued by commercial banks and commercial bank wealth management companies established within the territory of the People's Republic of China. The bank wealth management products referred to in this document refer to the wealth management products of commercial banks and commercial bank wealth management companies.
