Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production archives for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage sprouts. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage sprouts, including two types: white cabbage sprouts and red cabbage sprouts. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production archives for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage sprouts. (2) This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization - Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents".
