Scope

This regulation applies to the construction and acceptance of new projects of urban rail-guided rubber-tyred public transportation systems, which are mainly elevated or ground-level, with a maximum passenger flow of no more than 10,000 people during peak hours, a maximum operating speed of no more than 80km/h, and guided by intermediate guide rails.
