Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for determining the residual amount of chlorpyrifos in vegetables and fruits. This standard is applicable to the determination of the residual amount of chlorpyrifos in vegetables and fruits; Main technical content: The indirect competitive ELISA method is used. The conjugated antigen is coated on the microwell strips. The residual chlorpyrifos in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen on the enzyme plate for the chlorpyrifos antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled antibody, the color reagent turns color, and the termination solution terminates the reaction. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm using an enzyme reader. The absorbance value is negatively correlated with the residual amount of chlorpyrifos. By comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying it by the corresponding dilution factor, the residual content of chlorpyrifos can be obtained.
