Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-service inspection of DC low-value resistance measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as low-resistance meters) with a range of milliohms, microohms, or lower, from Class 005 to Class 5 (see JP).
This procedure is not applicable to the verification of AC low-resistance meters.
