Main technical content: Zunhua apples, which are excellent fruits originating from the Zunhua region of Hebei Province, have an average single fruit weight of 220 grams; the fruit shape is oval or broad oval. The fruit surface is smooth, without rust, with a lot of fruit powder and a thick wax layer, and the fruit skin is thick and tough; the base color is yellow-green, with red or bright striped red coloration; there are many fruit spots, which are yellow-white, smaller, round, and rust-colored fruit spots that are large and irregularly protruding. The fruit flesh is yellow-white, dense and crispy, juicy, with a moderate level of sweetness and sourness, and has a pleasant and refreshing taste when eaten. The soluble solids content is 12-17%, and the quality is excellent. The fruits are extremely durable in storage.
