Scope

This part of GB/T 25206 specifies the test method for evaluating the combustion performance of composite sandwich panels in buildings. By simulating indoor fire conditions, the flame propagation characteristics on the surface or inside of the composite sandwich panels in buildings are evaluated by directly applying a specific flame to the products in the corners of the building rooms. This test is not used to evaluate the fire resistance of the products.
This part stipulates that the composite sandwich panels in buildings can adopt self-supporting and frame-supporting structures, but it is only applicable to testing the wall, ceiling, or roof structures of buildings.
