Scope
This standard specifies the norms and capabilities that enterprises must comply with in the following eight aspects when providing interconnection services or solutions between virtual private clouds of the same public cloud belonging to different regions or the same region for users: basic functions, network resource deployment capabilities, resource interoperability permissions, availability, operation and maintenance management functions, metering and billing accuracy, data privacy, and network performance. This standard applies to cloud service providers who offer related cloud computing services to customers.
