Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, code and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and nameplates, packaging, transportation, and storage of parallel active power filter devices used in building electrical systems.
This standard applies to civil and general industrial building power distribution systems, with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated working voltage of no more than 1,000 (or 1,140) V for parallel active power filter devices (hereinafter referred to as devices).
