Scope

This standard specifies the content and format of the registration data that domain name registries regularly submit to ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), including: data classification, data item definitions, processing procedures, algorithms, technical interfaces, etc. Based on this standard, registries can conduct statistical processing of registrar registration transactions and registry registration activities under new generic top-level domains, and implement the monthly reporting function. This standard applies to the construction of a new generic top-level domain system that complies with both ICANN's technical specifications and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's domain name management regulations.
