Scope

This standard applies to new construction, expansion, and technological transformation of steel construction projects. This standard does not apply to the environmental impact assessment of independent coking enterprises, non-main projects in the steel industry, and mining and beneficiation construction projects in metallurgical mines of the steel industry. The environmental impact assessment of steel enterprise planning can be implemented with reference to this standard.
