Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the requirements for tomato tray seedling production facilities, pre-sowing preparations, sowing, seedling management, pest and disease prevention, seedling quality requirements, production management files, packaging and transportation in Yunnan Province. This document is applicable to tomato tray seedling production. Main technical content: 1. Terms and definitions: There are no terms or definitions requiring definition in this document. 2. Seedling facility conditions: Comply with the provisions of NY/T 2119-2012. When using facilities such as daylight greenhouses, plastic arched greenhouses, insect- and rain-proof greenhouses, and multi-span greenhouses for seedling production, the facilities must be sturdy, have strong disaster resistance, and possess certain environmental control capabilities, capable of regulating temperature, humidity, and light, as well as preventing pests and rain. 3. Pre-sowing preparations: 3.1 Selection of trays: Select 72-hole trays. If used once, choose a thickness of 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm; if reused, choose a thickness of 1.0 mm to 1.2 mm. 3.2 Substrate: The substrate must comply with the provisions of NY/T 2118-2012, meeting the requirements of no harmful substances and no pathogens. The substrate used for seedling production is peat and perlite, with a peat particle size of ≤6 mm and a pH of 5.5 to 6.0. In the high-temperature season, the ratio of peat to perlite is 7:3 (by volume); in the low-temperature season, the ratio is 6:4 (by volume). 3.3 Disinfection: 3.3.1 Disinfection of trays and seedbeds: Spray and disinfect trays, seedbeds, and other seedling auxiliary tools with a 1000-fold 6.25% Liangdun solution, and dry them before use. 3.3.2 Facility disinfection: Fumigate with 45% Baijieqing and 20% Isoprothiolone fumigant simultaneously. Fumigate the greenhouse in the afternoon and ventilate it the next day for use. 3.3.3 Substrate disinfection: Disinfect the mixed substrate of peat and perlite in tw
