Scope
This part of GB/T 17417 specifies the method for determining the amount of scandium in rare earth ores.
This part is applicable to rare earth ores, as well as beryllium ores, lithium, rubidium, and cesium ores, zirconium ores, and rocks for determining the amount of scandium, with the results expressed in terms of scandium trioxide.
The measurement range is: 0.2 μg/g to 500 μg/g of scandium trioxide.
