Scope
This standard specifies the determination method for the content of trace impurity elements in high-purity cadmium, and the elements to be determined are listed in Table 1.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of trace impurity elements in high-purity cadmium. The determination ranges of each element are as follows: the determination ranges of sulfur and selenium are 100μg/kg to 5,000μg/kg, and the determination ranges of the other elements are 1μg/kg to 5,000μg/kg.
