Scope
This standard applies to ultra-low emission flue gas treatment projects for coal-fired power generation units (including thermal power) with a capacity of 100 MW or more (excluding W-flame boilers). It can be used as a technical basis for environmental impact assessments, environmental protection facility design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and operation management of new, modified, and expanded coal-fired power plants, as well as for environmental supervision and pollution discharge permit approval. Ultra-low emission flue gas treatment projects for boilers accompanying coal-fired power generation units with a capacity of less than 100 MW can be implemented in accordance with this standard.
