Basic Information
Scope
This standard applies to the source intensity accounting of pollution sources in new (rebuilt and expanded) projects and existing projects in the petroleum refining industry. This standard applies to the source intensity accounting of pollution sources under normal and abnormal discharge conditions in the petroleum refining industry, but does not apply to the source intensity accounting of pollution sources under accidental situations such as sudden leaks, fires, and explosions. This standard applies to the source intensity accounting of waste gas, wastewater, noise, and solid waste pollution sources in the main production units, public and auxiliary facilities of the petroleum refining industry. The source intensity of pollution sources from boilers and gas turbine units that implement GB 13223 shall be calculated in accordance with HJ 888; the source intensity of pollution sources from boilers that implement GB 13271 shall be calculated in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Source Intensity Accounting of Boiler Pollution Sources.
