Basic Information
Scope
This standard applies to the source intensity accounting of pollution sources in new (modification, expansion) and existing projects in the pulp and paper industry during the environmental impact assessment of construction projects. This standard applies to source intensity accounting under normal and abnormal operating conditions in the pulp and paper industry, but not to source intensity accounting in the event of sudden leaks, fires, explosions, and other emergencies. This standard applies to source intensity accounting of waste gas, wastewater, noise, and solid waste from production processes and auxiliary projects in the pulp and paper industry. The source intensity of boilers that comply with GB 13223 shall be calculated in accordance with HJ 888; the source intensity of boilers that comply with GB 13271 shall be calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Source Intensity Accounting of Pollution Sources - Boilers".
