Scope
This standard specifies the method outline for non-destructive testing of the sealing performance of fuel rod bundles (referred to as "rod bundles") in heavy water reactors, including materials and equipment, testing conditions, testing steps, and determination of testing results.
This standard applies to the detection of the sealing performance of fuel rod bundles in heavy water reactors, as well as the sealing performance of fuel elements in heavy water reactors. The detectable leakage rate range is 1×10-11 Pa·m3/s to 1×10-7 Pa·m3/s.
