Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for determining the residual amount of carbofuran in tea and vegetables. This standard is applicable to the determination of the residual amount of carbofuran in tea and vegetables; Main technical content: An indirect competitive ELISA method is used. The conjugated antigen is coated on the microplate. The residual carbofuran in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen on the enzyme plate for the carbofuran antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled antibody, the color reagent produces a color reaction, and the terminating solution terminates the reaction. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm using an enzyme analyzer. The absorbance value is negatively correlated with the residual amount of carbofuran. By comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying it by the corresponding dilution factor, the residual content of carbofuran can be obtained.
