Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for dust emission control and monitoring at construction sites in Sichuan Province, as well as the implementation and supervision of the standard. This standard applies to environmental impact assessments, the design of environmental protection facilities, and the management of dust emissions during the construction process of various construction projects in urban built-up areas and planning areas. Construction sites in urban and rural areas may refer to and implement this standard. When the AQI exceeds 300, this standard shall not apply.
