This part of GB/T 29836, based on the indicator system proposed in GB/T 29836.1, specifies the formula for measuring the usability of systems and software, providing a unified usability measurement method for suppliers, users, and third-party evaluation institutions of systems and software.
This part is applicable to all kinds of systems and software with human-computer interaction. It is not applicable to systems and software with unmanned interaction functions or those that do not have usability requirements during use.
