Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of seamless steel tubes for acidic oil and gas fields, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to hot-rolled and forged seamless steel tubes for acidic oil and gas fields with a diameter not exceeding 400mm, as well as continuous-cast seamless steel tubes with a diameter not exceeding 800mm.
