Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the principles, reagents and equipment, analytical procedures, and result determination for the colloidal gold detection method of imidacloprid pesticide residues. This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of imidacloprid pesticide residues in tea. Main technical content: Using the principle of competition in immunoassay, a certain amount of coated antigen is coated in the detection zone, and the control zone is coated with colloidal gold-labeled goat anti-mouse antibody. Through the competition reaction between the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody and imidacloprid in the sample and the fixed imidacloprid antigen in the detection zone, the reaction results (the appearance of color bands on the test strip) in the detection zone and control zone of the test strip are observed. Then, according to the presence or absence of color bands and the depth of color, the detection results are determined.
