Scope
This standard applies to phosphoric acid ester di-starch, a food additive obtained by reacting edible starch or starch milk derived from raw materials used in the production of edible starch with an esterifying agent, as well as phosphoric acid ester di-starch processed by one or more methods including enzymatic treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
