Scope
This standard applies to food additives such as acetylated starch phosphate, which are made by reacting edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials used in the production of edible starch with phosphorylation reagents and acetylation reagents, as well as food additives acetylated starch phosphate processed by one or more methods including enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
