Scope
This standard applies to hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, a food additive made by reacting edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials used in the production of edible starch with phosphorylation reagents and etherification reagents, as well as hydroxypropyl starch phosphate food additives processed by one or more methods, including enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
