Scope
This standard applies to food additives phosphorylated starch phosphate ester, which is made by reacting edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials used to produce edible starch with phosphorylation reagents, as well as food additives phosphorylated starch phosphate ester processed by one or more methods, including enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
