Scope
This document describes the method for estimating the emergency evacuation time (ETE) of nuclear power plants. This document is applicable to emergency evacuations within and outside nuclear power plants or nuclear power facilities with a reactor power level of no less than 300,000 kW thermal power. Emergency evacuation time estimates for other nuclear facilities can be used as a reference.
