Scope

This document stipulates the content and requirements of public resource transaction (service) centers providing public resource transaction services, including business consulting, inquiries about laws, regulations, and policies related to public resource transactions, inquiries about service guides, registration of market entities and mutual recognition of digital certificates, transaction acceptance services, transaction organization guarantees, project bid evaluation (review) guarantees, transaction supervision services and witnessing of transaction processes, transaction deposit collection and management services, and transaction project file management and application, among other transaction services. This document applies to all levels of public resource transaction service centers in Sichuan Province (including public resource transaction service centers, government service and public resource transaction centers).
