This part of GB/T 37770 specifies the general requirements for the performance, installation, testing, and calibration of automatic level gauges used in onshore frozen-type storage tanks.
This part is applicable to automatic level measurement systems for non-pressurized, near-atmospheric-pressure frozen light hydrocarbon fluids such as liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks.
This part is not applicable to automatic level gauges for pressurized storage tanks.
