Scope
This document specifies the method for determining the square resistance of graphene films, including the method principle, instrumentation, test conditions, test steps, result calculation, data collection, and test reports. This document is applicable to the determination of the square resistance of graphene films that are visually flat and adhered to the surface of a substrate. The length and width of the graphene films should be no less than 50mm. The measurement range of the square resistance is 1×10-3Ω to 1×103Ω. This document can also be applied to the measurement of higher or lower square resistances, but the measurement accuracy has not been evaluated yet.
