This document stipulates the general principles for the construction of thematic industrial parks, planning and design requirements, facility construction and management requirements, public service platforms, green ecological construction requirements, park safety construction requirements, integration of industry, city, and humanities, and supporting service requirements. This document applies to the construction and management of thematic industrial parks in the upgrading and transformation of old industrial parks. Other industrial parks can also refer to and implement it (hereinafter referred to as the park).
