Scope

This document specifies the responsibilities and necessary safety technical conditions of welding insulated gas cylinder filling stations (hereinafter referred to as filling stations). This document is applicable to filling stations for welding insulated gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as gas cylinders) that can be refilled repeatedly, which are used in normal environmental temperatures (–40°C to 60°C) and store media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, and carbon dioxide, with a nominal volume of 10L to 1000L and a working pressure of 0.2MPa to 3.5MPa. This document is not applicable to filling stations for automotive liquefied natural gas gas cylinders.
