This standard specifies the content of quality assessment for the second-level maintenance of automobiles, the technical requirements for the assessment, the assessment rules, and the assessment detection methods used. This standard applies to automobiles with a total mass of less than or equal to 26 tons (inclusive) and automobile trains with a total mass of less than or equal to 45 tons (inclusive) that are driven on roads according to GB/T 3730.1-2001.
