DB44/ 2050-2017 Water pollutant discharge standards for the watersheds of the Freshwater River and Shima River

Scope

This standard stipulates the emission limits and monitoring requirements for water pollutants within the scope of the Dianhe River and Shima River basins. It applies to six key control industries, including textile dyeing and finishing, metal products (excluding electroplating), rubber and plastic products, food manufacturing (including slaughter and meat processing, excluding fermentation products), beverage manufacturing, and chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, which directly discharge wastewater into the Dianhe River, Shima River, and their tributaries. It also applies to the management of four types of water pollutants, including chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and oil, in urban wastewater treatment plants. Additionally, it covers the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, and completion environmental protection acceptance of new, modified, and expanded projects, as well as the management of water pollutant emissions after their commissioning.
