Scope

This system table is applicable to the verification of ultrasonic power measurement instruments. It specifies the use of the national reference for ultrasonic power value units (W), the complete set of basic measurement instruments included in the reference, the metrological parameters of the reference, and the procedures for transferring ultrasonic power values to working measurement instruments directly or with the help of standard measurement instruments, and it also specifies their uncertainties and basic verification methods, etc.
This system table stipulates that ultrasonic power values in the range of 1 mW to 20 W with a total uncertainty of 5% are achieved by milliwatt-level ultrasonic power reference devices and watt-level ultrasonic power reference devices, and these devices transfer the ultrasonic power values to standard measurement instruments and working measurement instruments respectively.
Considering factors such as the transfer errors of the reference devices relative to standard measurement instruments and those of standard measurement instruments relative to working measurement instruments, it is stipulated that the reference devices can simultaneously transfer ultrasonic power values to standard measurement instruments and working measurement instruments directly according to actual needs.
