This standard applies to the cultivation of selenium-enriched cucumbers. Main technical content: 4. Production environment: The base should be located in areas with selenium-rich soil, and the production environment should comply with the provisions of NY/T 391. 5. Cultivation techniques: 5.1 Variety selection: Select varieties with high quality, high yield, and strong resistance, and the seed quality should comply with the provisions of GB 16715.1. 5.2 Field management: Techniques such as cultivating strong seedlings, preparing the soil and applying fertilizer, timely transplanting, rational planting density, fertilizer and water management, and pest and disease control should be implemented in accordance with GB/Z 26581 or refer to local field management techniques. 5.3 Fertilizer application: Fertilizer application should comply with the provisions of NY/T 394. 5.4 Chemical pest control: Chemical pest control should comply with the provisions of NY/T 393. 6. Selenium-enrichment techniques: 6.1 Principle of selenium supplementation: When the selenium content in cucumber fruits from naturally selenium-rich production does not meet the requirements of GH/T 1135, selenium can be supplemented through artificial techniques. 6.2 Selenium fertilizers should be selected from nationally registered selenium fertilizers or selenium soil conditioners. 6.3 Supplementation methods: Leaf surface supplementation and rhizosphere supplementation. Producers can choose either method or a combination of both. 6.3.1 Leaf surface supplementation: Prepare a selenium solution with a concentration of 70mg/kg to 120mg/kg. Supplement selenium once each during the budding stage, flowering stage, and early fruit stage, and once every
