GB/T 41678.1-2022 Agricultural machinery and tractors—Safety of higher voltage electrical and electronic components and systems—Part 1:General requirements

Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for the protection and safety of machine operators and bystanders in the case of voltages ranging from 50 V AC to 1,000 V AC and 75 V DC to 1,500 V DC on board machines. This document applies to tractors and self-propelled riding machines, suspended agricultural implements, and tractor-drawn agricultural implements used in agriculture and forestry. This document applies to electrical equipment and components on such machines, and includes general requirements related to the protection and safety of operators, bystanders, and first responders.
Appendix A of this document lists the significant hazards, dangerous situations, and events that may occur during the normal use and service of agricultural machinery, in accordance with their intended use and the foreseeable misuse by the manufacturer.
This document does not apply to:
——Specific design elements of external interfaces (such as the interface between tractors and implements);
——External power supply equipment (such as line-powered equipment, without on-board power generation);
——Specialized forestry machinery;
——Fixed-position generators.
This document does not apply to machines manufactured before the date of its publication.
