Scope
This document describes a method of measuring the different headspace gas contents in food plastic packaging containers using sensors.
This document is suitable for measuring the oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gas contents inside food plastic and plastic-composite packaging that can be penetrated by a sampling needle. The detection of headspace gases in sealed packaging containers made of other materials can be carried out by referring to this document.
