Scope
This standard applies to the direct discharge of wastewater into the Maozhou River Basin by six key controlled industries, including the electronics industry, metal products industry, textile dyeing and finishing industry, food processing and manufacturing industry, beer and beverage manufacturing industry, rubber products and synthetic resin industry, as well as the management of four water pollutants, including chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and anionic surfactants, in urban wastewater treatment plants. It also applies to the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, and completion environmental protection acceptance of construction projects in the aforementioned six key controlled industries and urban wastewater treatment plants, as well as the management of the aforementioned four water pollutants after their commissioning.
