Scope
This document proposes the principles, objectives, stages, and preparations for personal information security engineering, and provides engineering guidelines for implementing personal information security requirements in the demand, design, development, testing, and release stages of network products and services. This document is applicable to network products and services (including information systems) involving personal information processing, providing guidance for their simultaneous planning and construction of personal information security measures. It is also applicable for organizations to refer to when conducting privacy engineering during the software development life cycle. Note: For the sake of clarity, "network products and services" in this document are referred to as "product services".
