Scope

This document specifies the design, manufacturing, process, surface treatment, naming and marking of pressure-measuring joints with an M16×2 connection thread and a maximum working pressure of 63 MPa. These pressure-measuring joints can be connected under pressure up to 40 MPa and provide corresponding stud end dimensions: GB/T 2878.2 M14×1.5, ISO 99742 M14×1.5, 1SO 11792 G 1/4, ISO 11926 M27/1620 UNF. This document is applicable to pipe joints in hydraulic systems using mineral oil as the working medium. Note: For non-mineral oil working media, the specifications shall be negotiated between the supplier and the customer.
